A cutting-edge piece of architectural prowess and an urban oasis in every sense. Rothshire’s structural team were commissioned to provide engineering services to bring to life the architectural vision for this impressive mixed-use residential development by preserving the architectural concept. Rothshire brought both structural and façade expertise to the project. Rothshire notably provided structural design and assessment for the bespoke curved blades, cantilevered building supports and floor-to-ceiling glass throughout the building. The building comprises a total of 54 mixed-use units

Rothshire were commissioned to provide engineering services to bring to life the architectural vision for this impressive new residential complex. A key consideration was the integration of the two heritage buildings which Rothshire provided remedial and structural design for the new superstructure which meant the team had to work closely with both Architects and Heritage as well as utilising the team’s knowledge in timber design, masonry, and investigation works. The development comprises of 86 units over a 12 storey building, Both Hebel veneer and brick veneer construction.
