The Delmar residential and commercial building is located in Dee Why area in Sydney and consists of seven floors. The exterior façade of the ground floor is framed by large vertical windows along the façade and the southern area of the ground floor has a Simmental Territory panel wall. The middle and upper floors of the building are covered by a combination of brick wall cladding and precast concrete along the outer boundaries. The Delmar Dee Why building contains 71 residential units and 3 commercial units. The Dee Why area is the inspiration for the Delmar project and is a place where the best of the city and the coast meet. At the entrance to the vibrant Dee Why district and a short stroll from the beach, Delmar’s contemporary design approach “from the inside out” oƯers a new kind of living with an eclectic mix of apartments designed for ultimate luxury and comfort, equipped with the latest modern technology. The apartments are spacious and consist of one, two and three bedrooms, some with oƯices, and all rooms open onto the outdoor spaces with modern and vibrant views. The outer courtyard lobby is centred around a seven-storey security building with access to elevators in that area.
